Acosta (center) receives from Clement Camposana, Chairman of the Philippine Center for Civic Education and Democracy (PCCED) and Yoly C. Crisanto, Head, Corporate Communications of Globe Telecom (right) results of the pilot study on the Anti-Red Tape Act survey implemented in the barangay level.  The survey was recently conducted by the PCCED using a technology-based survey tool provided by Globe and its wholly-owned subsidiary Kickstart Ventures, Inc. allowing quick and efficient information gathering. The survey was able to get the pulse of the general public on issues such as responsiveness of local government units and efficiency of public service delivery wherein majority of the respondents expressed satisfaction with their respective barangays.
