Cafe France's authentic French breads begin with the processing of only the finest ingredients at its Commissary in Pasig City. Specially-trained bakers prepare the dough with loving hands, then blast frozen and delivered to all Cafe France outlets to reach customers.

Breads make use of flour imported directly from Grands Moulins de Paris in France. All other ingredients are sourced from suppliers who pass Cafe France standards for quality and conformity. All our breads are baked fresh daily and do not use preservatives.
