Philippine College of Technology's First Android App Launched

The Philippine College of Technology, College of Information & Communication Technology, launched on April 8, 2014, its very first
school-based Android App and can be downloaded free via the PlayStore. The app is capable of displaying the grades of all enrolled subjects of the student who installed the app. What's more interesting is that any parent or sponsor with an Android phone, local or abroad, may also install the app and will allow them to monitor the grades of their student who is studying at PCT, provided that they key-in the ID number and password which will be provided by PCT upon enrollment.

The PCT Mobile Grades App is a project of 4th year Bachelor of Science in Computer Science students who will be graduating on April
10, 2014 at the SMX Convention Center in Lanang, this city. According to one of the developers, Mr. Quenwey Alsola, "We, the students
and developers of this app, are very thankful that we have learned so much from PCT and this is our own little way to give back something
to our Alma Mater." other members of the team include, Christian Rosario, Rosemond Rimorin, Alain Agustin, Dennis Bolotaolo, Janice Acosto, Roxan Ruaya and their adviser is the Dean of the College of ICT, Mr. Emmanuel Alpha D. Sicam.
